Vegan Ravioli

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 200g 00 Flour
  • 200g Semolina Flour

Filling Inspiration: 

  • Mushroom & Vegan Cheese
  • Pumpkin
  • Spinach & Vegan Cheese
  • Butternut Squash

METHOD:

  1. Mix the dough all together with a fork until all Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg® is combined with the flours.
  2. Kneed for 5/7 mins and when nice and smooth cover with cling film and rest on the fridge for 30mins.
  3. With the pasta machine or rolling pin roll to your desired thickness and fill with your tasty filling of your choice.
  4. Put them in a large pan of boiling salted water and cook for 3-7 mins until the pasta is al dente.
