All things sweet and savoury - basically, nearly everything that you can make with eggs (except meringues!). Cakes, cookies, Yorkshires, frittata, pancakes, quiche, custard, French toast, tortillas, pasta…. We could go on, but you’d probably get bored.

FOR BAKING: CRACKD takes a little longer to cook than eggs – and as a general rule of thumb we recommend reducing the temperature in your recipe by 10 degrees and cooking for an extra 15 minutes. Make sure you mix everything well – but other than that, use it just like you would an egg. Everyone’s recipes and ovens are different, so this is just a guide. Make sure to keep an eye on it!
FOR SCRAMBLED: Crackd takes longer to cook than real egg and although it may look ready usually requires around 5-7 minutes until really firm.
