1. Place the oil, onion and pepper in a non stick frying pan and on a medium heat cook for a few minutes until soft.
2. Add the diced tomato and seasonings and cook for a further 3 minutes to reduce the moisture.
3. Pour in Crackd The No-Egg Egg and allow to bubble, stirring occasionally until cooked 5-7 minutes.
4. Before serving sprinkle in the olives and feta cheese.
5. Place in a bowl garnished with slices of avocado, chopped parsley and either toasted sourdough bread or Turkish flatbread.
