120g Crackd The No-Egg Egg
3 Vegan Sausages, thinly sliced
60g Vegan Cheese, finely grated
30ml Plant Cream
0.25 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak), Optional
0.50 tsp Salt
Black Pepper To taste
5g Chives, Finely chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 4.
2. Mix together the Crackd The No-Egg Egg, cooked vegan sausage slices, grated cheese, plant cream, chives, salt & a few grinds of black pepper.
3 Cut an V shape out of the length of the baguette without cutting through the bottom.
4 Pour the egg mixture into the baguette.
5 Place in the oven and cook for around 10 -15 minutes until the baguette is warmed through, the filling has set and the baguette is nicely toasted.
6 Serve immediately.
You can swap the vegan sausage for fillings of your choice such as mushrooms, tomatoes or tempeh bacon
