Vegan Granola bar

Ingredients:

  • 150ml Crackd The No-Egg Egg
  • 25g Coconut sugar
  • 90g Inulin Syrup (we used Eat Troo!)
  • 350g Berry Granola

Method:

1. Add the Crackd The No-Egg Egg to a bowl, and mix in the Troo Inulin syrup till smooth.

2. Add the Coconut sugar and Granola and mix well till all is coated.

3. Place the Granola mixture into a greased baking tray approximately 40cm x 16cm x 4cm (or 2 x loaf tins) and press down till firm and compact.

4. Bake at 180c for 35 minutes then remove from the baking tray and leave to cool.

5. Once cool cut into portions.
