INGREDIENTS:

  • 60g Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 250ml Sunflower Oil
  • 125ml Plant Based Milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • The Juice of ½ a Lemon
  • ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Salt and White Pepper, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Simply put all the ingredients into a jug.
  2. Insert a hand blender in the mixture at the base of the jug
  3. Switch on the blender and slowly raise through the mixture to the top.
  4. Repeat the process until the mixture is as thick as you like it.
  5. Decant into a lidded jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  6. If you don’t have a hand blender you can use a food processor.
  7. For best results make sure the oil and plant milk are the same temperature either cold or ambient.
