Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120g Crackd The No Egg-Egg 
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Lime
  • ¼ Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ Red Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • ¼ tin Baked Beans
  • 1 Flat Mushroom
  • 2 Slices Vegan Cheese (Applewood)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tortilla Wrap

METHOD:

1. Fry up Crackd The No Egg Egg 

2. Smash avocado with ½ lime and a sprinkle of chilli flakes

3. Finely dice a handful cherry tomatoes and mix with ¼ finely diced onion, a

drizzle of olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic

4. Season both with salt and pepper

5. Heat ¼ tin baked beans

6. Fry 1 flat mushroom

7. Add a slice of vegan cheese

8. Load all into wrap and enjoy!
