Vegan Donuts

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon vegan milk
2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings of your choice
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, stir the vegan milk and lemon juice together. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add the Crackd®, vanilla and melted vegan butter, then whisk until frothy.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the superfine sugar.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Fold gently until smooth.
Lightly grease a donut pan and fill each mold about two-thirds full.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
Let the donuts cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Decorate with your preferred toppings.
