



-400ml Vegan Milk
-180g Plain Flour
- 60g Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
-Salt & Pepper to taste, for savoury
-10g Caster Sugar, for sweet
-Knob of Vegan Butter
-Place the vegan milk into a jug.
-Add the flour and whisk in.
-AddCrackd® The No-Egg-Egg®and mix well until smooth.
-Add the salt or sugar depending if you are making sweet or savoury pancakes and whisk again.
-Place enough vegan butter into a non stick frying pan and put on a medium heat until it sizzles.
-Pour pancake mix into the pan and swirl around to barely cover the surface.
-Wait until the top of the pancake is dry to touch before flipping.
-NOTE - Crackd The No Egg Egg takes longer to cook than real egg so flip several times until brown and crispy.
-Serve with the topping of your choice.
