CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:

To Make 8-12 Brownies :

  • 3.5 ounces vegan dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 7 ounces vegan milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 7 ounces vegan butter
  • 14 ounces light brown sugar
  • 1 cup Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300F
  2. Line an 8 x 12-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Put the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, vegan butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from the heat and slowly stir in the Crackd until fully combined.
  5. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake on the center rack for 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
