Vegan Dirty Burger

About 25 minutes, plus prep for components
INGREDIENTS:
2 Crackd® Brioche buns
2 small Crackd® omelets
6 Crackd® Battered onion rings
2 Vegan Burgers
2 Slices of Vegan cheese
4 tablespoons vegan kimchi
2 tablespoons vegan sriracha mayonnaise
2 handfuls salad greens
Few sprigs of fresh cilantro
METHOD:
Prepare the Crackd® brioche buns, Crackd® omelets and Crackd® battered onion rings in advance, using the related recipes from the site.
Cook the vegan burger patties on a grill or grill pan for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or grill pan.
Top each burger patty with a slice of vegan cheese and let it melt.
Spread sriracha mayo on both the top and bottom halves of the buns.
Place a burger on each bottom bun, then top with a small Crackd® omelet.
Add kimchi, salad greens and fresh cilantro.
Add the top bun, garnish with battered onion rings and serve.
