2 Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg® Brioche buns (See our recipe)
2 Small Crackd Omelettes (See our recipe)
6 Crackd Battered onion rings
2 Vegan Burgers
2 Slices of Vegan cheese
4 Tbsp of Vegan Kimchi
2 Tbsp of Vegan Sriracha Mayonnaise
2 handful of Salad Leaves
Few sprigs of Coriander
DIRECTIONS:
In advance make theCrackd®vegan brioche buns, theCrackd®Omelettes and also make someCrackd®battered Onion rings. (You can find these recipes on our website!)
Cook the Vegan burgers on a BBQ or griddle pan and cook either side for 4-5 minutes.
Slice the Crackd brioche buns in half and lightly toast on the BBQ or griddle pan.
Add a slice of vegan cheese on top of each burger and leave to melt.
Put some Siracha mayo on the bottom and on the top half of the brioche buns.
Add the burger to the bottom half and then add a smallCrackd®Omelette.
Top this with some Kimchi then with some fresh salad leaves and coriander sprigs.
Add the brioche top and then garnish with the battered onion rings and serve.
