Vegan Dirty Burger

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Crackd® Brioche buns
  • 2 small Crackd® omelets
  • 6 Crackd® Battered onion rings
  • 2 Vegan Burgers
  • 2 Slices of Vegan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons vegan kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons vegan sriracha mayonnaise
  • 2 handfuls salad greens
  • Few sprigs of fresh cilantro

METHOD:

  1. Prepare the Crackd® brioche buns, Crackd® omelets and Crackd® battered onion rings in advance, using the related recipes from the site.
  2. Cook the vegan burger patties on a grill or grill pan for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  3. Slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or grill pan.
  4. Top each burger patty with a slice of vegan cheese and let it melt.
  5. Spread sriracha mayo on both the top and bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Place a burger on each bottom bun, then top with a small Crackd® omelet.
  7. Add kimchi, salad greens and fresh cilantro.
  8. Add the top bun, garnish with battered onion rings and serve.
