CHILI OIL CRUNCH AVOCADO BAGEL SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

(Per serving)

  • 8oz. of Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
  • 1 Tablespoon of oil a neutral oil or a pat of plant-based butter
  • 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons of crunchy chili oil
  • Pinch of black salt
  • Optional:  Vegan mayo, chives, or healthy greens like kale or spinach

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Scramble 8oz. of Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg® with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or vegan butter
  2. Place the oil or butter in a non-stick frying pan on a high heat and pour Crackd into the pan
  3. Add a pinch of black salt (or regular Kosher salt)
  4. With a silicone spatula start to turn the mixture. When the mix starts to clump together keep turning it for about 3 minutes (if you like your eggs a little firmer cook for :30 seconds – 1 minute)
  5. Half way through cooking add 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons of crunchy chili oil (depending on your heat preference)
  6. Place inside a toasted bagel with sliced or mashed avocado and enjoy!
